He was born the year both his parents became Christians so he had the privilege of a Godly upbringing. He became a Christian at the early age of 7 and as far back as he can remember he felt the call of God to give his live serving in the local church. After serving in the local church during his teenage years he felt the call to bible college so in 2006 he went to Belfast Bible College. After college he got married to Hilary and they moved to Dollingstown near Moira and decided to join Hillsborough Elim. God then opened the door to minister as part of the team as assistant Pastor after serving for 2 years as an intern. Bill heads up the youth work in the church and plays an active roll in media, music as well as event organising. His passion is to see Christians live in the freedom that Christ has given them through his life, death and resurrection, and for non-Christians to see the real Jesus in the lives of Christians.
